ABOUT CARL
With a mixed upbringing in urban and rural New Zealand, and with a great love of our distinct native plants, Carl has been designing gardens across NZ for over 10 years.
He has used his foundation in Landscape Design and Organic Horticulture to good effect, developing a unique and innovative design style. In his own words “I feel drawn to creating beautiful gardens and have done from an early age, it feels very natural to me. It’s the same with my focus on sustainability, I simply can’t see an alternative that is going to create the kind of world I want to live in, that I’d like to see left for future generations”.
Carl speaks frequently on the topic of contemporary sustainable gardens and food growing, “I really enjoy sharing the knowledge and techniques I have learnt, and hope to inspire others along the way”.
Now back in his home town of Auckland after nearly 7 years away, Carl is readily available for consultation and design.
