LANDSCAPE / VISUAL ASSESSMENT -
DESIGN & PLANNING
Landscape assessments can be a requirement of council in order for a landowner to obtain resource consent for a house build. These assessments seek a balance between landscape protection and the rights of the landowner to build on his / her land. I work with landowners and their individual site characteristics to produce assessments that are likely to make it through the resource consent process.
