Working with vegetable and fruit gardens is an integral part of what I do. There are few things more satisfying than picking nutritionally robust, fresh organic produce from your own garden.
Studying Organic Horticulture and managing an organic market garden has given me considerable insight into the technical aspects of successful growing. It has also shown me the physical demands of farm and garden maintenance. I firmly believe it has to be manageable to be enjoyable.
